We have two unique tools that can help you gain insights into your existing culture. Each of these is described below:
The Culture Behaviours Survey
The Culture Behaviours Survey is a tool that acquires feedback on specific behaviours that contribute to UGRs and culture in both positive and negative ways. Linked to our most recent, and ground-breaking research, this survey measures the extent to which culture-building and culture-blocking behaviours are being exhibited. We are able to show how your team/organisation compares against global and/or industry benchmarks.
The Culture Behaviours Survey is able to collect demographics (such as level of seniority, geographical location, department etc) and we analyse to report on differences across these demographics. You receive a fully analysed report of your results, the demographic analysis, and how you compare with global averages.
The survey can be completed on-line or can be paper-based, or a combination of both.
The UGRs Stock Take
The UGRs Stock Take is a brilliant tool that enables organisations to get a fix on the prevailing UGRs within the organisation. This involves us setting up a web page specifically for you, with a number of agreed lead-in sentences important to the success of the organisation. These lead-in sentences could include:
We then direct people to this web page and get them to complete the sentence.
In addition to the lead-in sentences, we can include up to three demographics which
might include for example, whether the respondent is in a management or non-management
position, their department etc. If we include demographics, we analyse the results of the stock take to see if there are differences in responses based on these demographics.
You receive a full report of the results. The report identifies general cultural aspects that need to be addressed, as well as cultural ‘hot spots’ that need specific attention.
