We've recently completed research into organisational culture and the results have been fascinating. The research sought to:

• Identify how people rate their current culture
• Get views on the extent to which performance and productivity gains would be realised should the culture realistically become as good as it could
• Acquire views on the ONE thing that could be done to achieve maximum positive impact on the existing culture
  

The outcomes have been startling!

This webinar will share the results, including an analysis in views based on respondents' level of seniority - where there are substantial differences which have big implications.

In addition to summarising the outcomes, Steve will share how the concept of UGRs (unwritten ground rules) can be used to achieve a boost in the culture.
